Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

What the problem is

When downloading from soundcloud.com, and including the artist on the output template, youtube-dl never seems to be able to get resolve it. I assume this to be a bug.

How it could be fixed

Resolve the artist name when downloading from soundcloud.com.

How your proposed solution would look like

Take the artist name from the URL, for example https://soundcloud.com/stormsound <- artist

This is not always the case (e.g. https://soundcloud.com/ethmusic/adrian-ackers-hometown-outlaw), rather it's just an uploader name that is already available as uploader.
