Thank you for the report. How did you get this link? When I click on it, I get redirected to the YouTube homepage.

It's a Top list playlist (for example go to https://www.youtube.com/music and then click top tracks). The problem is that it seems that the id is generated each time you access Youtube and it seems to be attached to the VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE cookie. I opened the PR #1869, which allows to run youtube-dl 'yttoplist:music:Top Tracks' (really ugly) for downloading it.
