[iqiyi-maybe others] all-formats not working - 0 Fragments

Hi, i was trying to download from iqiyi, by precaution i choose download all formats, sadly i notice the fist video was downloading fine, but then the next formats was too fast, for some reason youtube-dl says the other formats had 0 fragmets, so was skiped, then i try download again without all the formats, the downloaded file was in a higher quality and size....

The first problem is why is detecting 0 fragments instead the real ones.

Next, i don't know if this affect in how youtube-dl detect the quality, can this problem affect that? (youtube-dl try get the best quility by default)
