As you can see above, the rai extractor is not called, even if it is indeed a rai link. I was still able to download the video by opening it in my browser, looking for the relinker url and giving that to youtube-dl:

$ youtube-dl 'https://mediapolisvod.rai.it/relinker/relinkerServlet.htm?cont=L58fdTNriof8pCTulik5JweeqqEEqualeeqqEEqual'

I didn't try, but I guess it is enough to remove the /dl part in https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/794c1b6e02591b04da931fa59745bc47bfae7492/youtube_dl/extractor/rai.py#L291

I could try prepare a PR by tomorrow, if you wish.
