youtube-dl==2019.2.8
pafy==0.5.4

Last time this error caused "Internal Server Error" on my production website was several months ago. Upgrading youtube-dl AND pafy fixed it.

However... the error has returned and I'm back in "Internal Server Error" land. Versions are the newest available.

Is there a newer version available? My apologies if there is... according to the Github and Pypi 2019.2.8 is the most current?
