youtube-dl --write-auto-sub --sub-lang de --sub-format ttml --skip-download --exec "mv {} Test.txt" SomeYoutubeVideoID
The exec option does not work when skipping video downloads. I like to download the subtitles of a video, but not the video itself, and rename the ttml file afterwards.
