The problem with the mobile url is fixed. We don't have support for playlists yet.
Note: The & character has an special meaning in the shell, if the url contains it you must escape it, or simplier, just enclose it: 'http://m.tvpot.daum.net/mypot/Top.tv?ownerid=45x1okb1If50&playlistid=3569733', otherwise it will launch youtube-dl as a process in the background and youtube-dl won't get the last part of the url (which in this case can be important).
