ExtractorError: Couldn't get video, Dailymotion says: No Preset.

The reason you see a $ ~/youtube-dl but the windows version of python is my using MSYS as a bourne shell. This does not work in the DOS-style command prompt either, or in my linux desktop with bash.
The video was already linked to, but here it is again.

The video doesn't play for me in the web browser, so this error message from Dailymotion is justified, and the problem is on their part. Other videos work fine. I'm therefore closing this issue, but feel free to comment if it works in your web browser.
