Smarter best quality options when using -x without -k #2002

It would seem logical that if a user is only keeping the audio of a video, their is no reason to download a 1080p version of that file first. For YouTube, this seems pretty straightforward with the 140 DASH Audio.

I believe issue #2163 resolves this

Actually, with de3ef3e this is now the default behaviour, youtube-dl -x SOME_YOUTUBE_URL will only download the audio.
