NPO stopped working

• I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2019.02.18
• At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
• Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
• Checked that provided video/audio/playlist URLs (if any) are alive and playable in a browser

What is the purpose of your issue?

Unfortunately [NPO] has probably changed their website (or API) and all links you feed youtube-dl will redirect you a small VOD file that says the video is not available. :-(

Everything works fine in a browser and on NPO's mobile app.

Could you update youtube-dl to be able to download the progressive and/or streams again?
