Hey,
it seems to me that on myvideo, the call of rtmpdump is not working correctly.
The download gets cancelled after < 10%, tries one time to continue and after this stops.
I'm using
youtube-dl --version
2013.12.20
with rtmpdump 2.3
The call of rtmpdump was original:
rtmpdump --verbose -r rtmpt://myvideo2fs.fplive.net/myvideo2flash/ -o 'Last Man Standing 2 - LIVE-Stream - Teil 13-9315643.flv.part' --swfVfy http://is2.myvideo.de/de/player/mingR13y/ming.swf --playpath flv:movie39/36/9315643 --tcUrl rtmpt://myvideo2fs.fplive.net/myvideo2flash/ --resume --skip 1
but it didn't work until i manually changed rtmpt to rtmp in the -r argument for the url to:
rtmpdump --verbose -r rtmp://myvideo2fs.fplive.net/myvideo2flash/ -o 'Last Man Standing 2 - LIVE-Stream - Teil 13-9315643.flv.part' --swfVfy http://is2.myvideo.de/de/player/mingR13y/ming.swf --playpath flv:movie39/36/9315643 --tcUrl rtmpt://myvideo2fs.fplive.net/myvideo2flash/ --resume --skip 1
This worked without any cancels from the server's side.
I also read about rtmpe being seen in urls, which had to be changed to a rtmp in the urlstring.
So i would suggest a simple stringreplace of rtmpt and rtmpe if they happen to be in the url.
