  • I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2019.03.18

  • At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
  • Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
  • Checked that provided video/audio/playlist URLs (if any) are alive and playable in a browser

  • Bug report (encountered problems with youtube-dl)
  • Site support request (request for adding support for a new site)
  • Feature request (request for a new functionality)
  • Question
  • Other

So i'm using youtube-dl like shown in the log but i can't seem to get the video because i get the message "The uploader has not made this video available in your country.".
The thing is - my server stands in germany - i'm also in germany. I can watch the video on my computer but not download it on the server...

I checked the georestrictions of the video but it's globally allowed...

Hope someone here can help me...

Can you watch it in browser from exactly this server machine and exactly this network interface in the first place?
