I'm willing to bet that the TWC mso has been basically deprecated/renamed for/to Spectrum. See bug/issue #20466

I'm in the same boat with Verizon FiOS, using "--ap-mso Verizon" with correct creds using this URL:https://disneynow.go.com/shows/pokemon-the-series-sun-moon2/season-21/episode-01-a-dream-encounter/vdka4352026?pid=PL553044961 on the newest version 2019.04.17
