I have, too, encountered an issue when downloading the m3u8 info, although the error messages are slightliy different:
The download keeps getting interrupted within the initial fragments. I've shifted between many different proxies and the error persists, which proves this is not simply a proxy issue. Please, if this could be looked into & we could get a fix ASAP, that'll be much appreciated!! Cause I'm in desperate need of these videos and they're all time-limited ones which are due to be removed within a couple of days. Thank you! |

-vflag to your command line you run youtube-dl with (youtube-dl -v <your command line>), copy the whole output and insert it here. It should look similar to one below (replace it with your log inserted between triple ```):
