Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Good day. Since a few days ago I have been unable to download my Watch Later playlist, which I use for accumulating videos I want to download and watch and have been using it for months without issue, due to the Error 400 posted above. The config2.txt file is as follows:

-u "Correct Email" -p "Correct Password"

--proxy ""
--socket-timeout 1000
--retries infinite

-o C:/Users/Casa/Documents/Youtube-dl/%(title)s.%(ext)s

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=WL

--mark-watched

Thanks in advance.

edit: Fixed syntax.
