Description

• The issue is because of using links enclosed with quotes
• I tried using single and double quotes for enclosing the links
• Removing the quotes from the links allows me to download the video without any error

Solution

• Remove the quotes from the link before processing them

it's you're responsibility to provide a correct URL to youtube-dl and escape special characters or quote URL if needed.
