Replace the video header with a valid one

server gives the video with the following header:
4D 56 4E 02 05 00 00 00 09 00 00 00 00 12 00 01 -> MVN.............
It can be downloaded using youtube-dl, streamlink, curl, IDM and others. All of these tools save a video file with this title to disk. But such a file is not played by the video player.
To play such a file, you need to change the header from to
 4D 56 4E 02 -> MVN.    to
 46 4C 56 01 -> FLV.

However, TubeDigger immediately saves the video file to a disk with the correct title. And such a video file is played by a video player.
I ask the developers to make it so that youtube-dl can do the same.
