It would be great if youtube-dl could download blip.tv videos in HD

This tries to download the Source or HD 720 version first: https://github.com/ivankozik/youtube-dl/commit/801531e66a4a47d1c739ee93c77c1e6a73f6bacb

I haven't looked into implementing the same video quality control that the YouTube downloader has.
