Could you tell me please why my request was marked as incomplete and closed? I used the template and filled out all the given fields for a Site support request.

Still does not seem to work...

youtube-dl --version
2019.11.05

Add: Actually there is no file behind the abovementioned URL, rather, it's here:

https://www.ardaudiothek.de/ard-hoerspieltage-die-nominierten-stuecke/deutscher-hoerspielpreis-2019-chinchilla-arschloch-waswas-ein-roadtrip-mit-tourette-syndrom/68594970

but youtube-dl yields the same here:

This looks like you didn't really check out pull request #22349, did you @schneeschmelze?

Your link works with it (even though the download now fails because it is no longer available). Any other file from the ARD Audiothek also works with that pull request.

Do you have any idea why it won't be merged, @remitamine?
