Video download freezes around 50% then crashes with "ERROR: unable to download video data: <urlopen error [Errno 0] Error>" #21854

I think the problem might actually be from Youtube after all. When I changed servers on my VPN the problem seemingly went away instantly. Maybe it was related to my IP. But on second thought that doesn't explain why I was able to reproduce it on a completely separate system, unless it coincidentally it also had the same IP, because it was on the same server. I don't remember what the IPs were though. |

Description
As of today whenever I try to download a video either through the windows version of youtube-dl or the ubuntu version that's running in Windows's WSL, I get an error that says "ERROR: unable to download video data: <urlopen error [Errno 0] Error>" shortly after the video starts downloading and then freezes. The above error and verbose log are from Windows's WSL. Although the error can be slightly different sometimes. I've noticed that it usually happens around 50% of the video. I should note that it worked in the morning and since then I've had the same version so I'm assuming this could be a youtube problem.
If it helps here's the same problem from the native Windows version continuing off where the last failed
And again the same problem from a real linux OS Manjaro (it actually lasted a lot longer before finally stopping and printing its error)
