Playlist_index follows the numbering of playlist-items rather than the numbering in the actual playlist. This was documented by #11339 and marked as closed in 2016 with a supposed fix but the issue still persists in version 2019.07.16.

In the log above, I selected --playlist-item 8 but the %(playlist_index)s resulted in a "1" in the filename
