Googlevideo links are not playable in the browser.

I am using youtube-dl latest version. I am fetching youtube links using -j , the links works perfect in the browser (playable) after sometime when i fetch data for same video its gives me the same link but this time its not playable in the browser.Can you guys help whats the cause? is there any way it can fetch new links everytime.
Same links means https://example.googlevideo.com./ is same everytime.

Download links obtained with -j will work at least for some time. You must also provide the same cookies and the same headers as in JSON output.

what if i use -g only? will it fetch new links or links will work for long time.

If this is only workaround can you tell me any command to send same cookies and and header in json output or can refer to any link.I just playable links in the browser every time.
