youtube url from email subscription

Email updates from Youtube subscription contains url as follows http://www.youtube.com/attribution_link?a=iLnJgB_ua8M&u=/watch%3Fv%3DzWkkGH2dRjo%26feature%3Dem-uploademail

This url does not work with youtube-dl. Is there a way to add support for this url?

If the url contains & you have to enclose the url with ' or ", otherwise youtbe-dl only get the part before the &(in that case http://www.youtube.com/attribution_link?a=iLnJgB_ua8M, as you can see in the debug output)
