Include build instructions in readme #2218

It would be great if README.md could include build instructions, especially including build dependencies. So far it looks like make test depends at least on nosetests, and make depends on zip and pandoc.

Ok, I've added instructions. Note that unless you plan to package youtube-dl, you won't need anything but Python.
