It's possible to download playlists with youtube dl. Unfortunately an unavailable video is throwing an error and stops the download. So this way it's not possible to download this playlist and you would have to download every video one by one...
I think it would be better to have just the warning that this video can't be downloaded because it's unavailable instead of throwing an error.
