Question

i'm trying this

youtube-dl -f 37 --external-downloader aria2c --external-downloader-args '-c -j 16 -x 16 -s 16 -k 100M' url

But after 10 seconds,
continues to download with only 10MB

How can i overcome this ?
Where I download google drive
