Some reddit videos, are downloaded with glitches

• I'm reporting a broken site support
• I've verified that I'm running youtube-dl version 2019.09.28
• I've checked that all provided URLs are alive and playable in a browser
• I've checked that all URLs and arguments with special characters are properly quoted or escaped
• I've searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

Some reddit videos appear glitches in the downloaded video, but playback in reddit of the same video is flawless, also sites such as https://redv.co/ download the video without glitches
for example

The glitches appear in constant intervals 00:07, 12, 18. Probably the segments are not downloaded fully or they are joined wrong ?
