I tried to pull videos from plural sight with my valid credentials ( which I can access from browser).
but they blocked me while I run in command.
which would be safe interval to hit / which would be a safe command
I used this command
youtube-dl --username "youremail@example.com" --password "yourPassword" --verbose --sleep-interval 120 "link to course"
