Invalid characters in filename for windows. #227

There are some characters which are not valid for windows, so please make it possible to make youtube-dl to strip such symbols. Similar behavior can be seen in wget. The problems arises when using title in output filename.
Here is the list of such characters: /:"*?<>|

These characters should already be stripped from the simplified title. If that's not the case, please post the precise command line that reproduces the problem.

Thank you. simplified title indeed strips invalid symbols, though I'd prefer not to strip the spaces, but that's not a big deal.
