Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

Not sure what the issue is but some episodes I am able to download and some episodes return "Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden". Using same IP in browser to view content works fine. This site is Geo locked and requires socks/proxy.
