Add URL's from "Comedy Central Brasil" to extractor comedycentral.py

Description

Comedycentral.py extractor currently only supports cc.com URLs, and I would like support for Comedy Central Brasil URLs to be added (https://www.comedycentral.com.br)

So when they need the credentials I email them

I've been searching for other open issues and saw that I already had # 20754, but it had no return and I also noticed that youtube-dl already has support for Comedy Central, except for Brazil
