Please add support for new BBC sounds (etc) onion site

Description

The BBC has launched a new onion service.

Proxying youtube-dl over Tor Browser's tor connection fails with

Proxying over Tor Browser to the regular BBC sounds site works.

There are other sub-sites on the BBC that are related, that host radio programs etc.
These produce the same "Unsupported URL" error:

Edit: For clarity, you need Tor Browser open when your are proxying over its Tor connection, then you just run youtube-dl with the proxy command above.
