Checklist

Recently @dstftw closed #22887 marking it as duplicated without even telling what that issue is a duplicate of. I've re-checked the FAQ and the open issues: didn't find any (related to the 10.22 version at least, since many issues referencing the "KeyError" problem are marked as 'solved' in versions prior to 10.22).
By the way, this video does NOT require an account. You can freely view it, if that's the point.
IF the problem is the same as #22444, I then don't get how to have 'authenticated cookies'. While that may be an answer, it doesn't explain how to solve the problem (as again, I was able to view the video without any account whatsoever in the browser)

  • I'm reporting a broken site support issue
  • I've verified that I'm running youtube-dl version 2019.10.22
  • I've checked that all provided URLs are alive and playable in a browser
  • I've checked that all URLs and arguments with special characters are properly quoted or escaped
  • I've searched the bugtracker for similar bug reports including closed ones
  • I've read bugs section in FAQ

Description

Hi
I have seen this error pop up from time to time in the issues, but it was always solved by updating to the latest version. I AM running on 22.10 version, so I think this could be a different issue.
I was able to play the video in Chrome 69 and Firefox.

Update: I think it is just rude and unpolite to simply close issues without even bothering to reference if, and where, the problem has been already been opened/fixed.
Ask yourself a question: if many people are opening the same issue after looking for it in the bugtracker, maybe is because the solution/duplicate issue is not that easy to to find.

When downloading
https://it.dplay.com/nove/pizza-hero/stagione-2-episodio-1-firenze
I just get the error:

ERROR: An extractor error has occurred. (caused by KeyError('errors',)); please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest
version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.
