Windows: Program crashes on start.

Description

I used to use this with no problems, until about 3 days ago. I do not have Python installed in that directory in the traceback. I have installed most recent version, still same error. Python is in my path.

Can't start the program at all because of the error, it appears each time I run youtubedl.
