Can't get videos from eroti.ga which are provided through iframe to cdn

Description

This site used to work great with the generic information extractor, but has stopped recently. It seems to use iframes to sites like openload.ca and onlystream.tv with jwplayer. If you follow the rabbithole far enough you end up with a m3u8 file, which is where the video is.

Is this style of embedding something that should still be working on youtube-dl?
