Latest formats on youtube are not decodable by latest mplayer or ffplay. Is there any help for this? #23033

youtube-dl is up-to-date (2019.11.05)
after downloading the video, it is (or appears to be) encrypted
and thus cannot be played by latest mplayer, mvp, ffplay ...etc.
Also, latest firefox cannot play it either
