  • I'm reporting a broken site support issue
  • I've verified that I'm running youtube-dl version 2019.11.05
  • I've checked that all provided URLs are alive and playable in a browser
  • I've checked that all URLs and arguments with special characters are properly quoted or escaped
  • I've searched the bugtracker for similar bug reports including closed ones

Description

I've also tried to reinstall youtube-dl, not working...
Right now I'm using youtube-dl-gui and it's worked for me.

GUI is working but CLI version.

Then why do you have .deb version which installs via

apt install youtube-dl

Outdated packages provided via the distribution.
Contact the people responsible for the distro and ask them.
