Requested format not available

Question

When trying to select a video or audio format from the list of available formats, I face no issues when the video/audio format is listed with Latin characters. However, when the format I want is listed in another language, I get an error that says that the requested format is not available.

For instance, when I use the youtube-dl -F https://www.hotstar.com/in/tv/out-of-love/s-2391/the-seed/1260013974 command, I get the following audio formats:

Then, if I choose youtube-dl -f hls-audio_aac133-हिन्दी-0 https://www.hotstar.com/in/tv/out-of-love/s-2391/the-seed/1260013974, I simply get

ERROR: requested format not available

Is there any solution or workaround to this? Any help would be much appreciated and I apologize if this has already been asked.
