cannot finish downloads from dplay.com (they hangs few minutes after beginning)

youtube_dl starts, but always hangs at some point, typically after few minutes.
It doesn't matter if any combination of these options is used:

--buffer-size
--no-resize-buffer 
--http-chunk-size
--skip-unavailable-fragments
--keep-fragments
--ignore-errors
--continue
--retries
--socket-timeout
--limit-rate
--force-ipv4
--add-header
--user-agent
--hls-prefer-native / --hls-prefer-ffmpeg

Tested on debian buster amd64 and on a couple of raspberry pis (armv6l and armv7l with 32bit raspian) with last stable youtube_dl release (2019.11.28) on python 3.7.

This previously mentioned workaround does not work.

Console output just hangs at some line, like

Strangely, today is working. Some firewall filtering for new episodes by dplay.com?
I'm closing the issue.
