youtube-dl -g --verbose http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/31403/static-vast-xml-tag/ --include-ads

this lists out only one video.

Is it possible to list out the ads too?

Thank you for the report. We haven't implemented --include-ads switch for jwplayer videos, so I'll take this issue as a site support request. Note to implementors: Make sure to turn of adblock, otherwise you won't see any ads.
