Download via batch-file makes yt block my ip, even with sleep-interval

Question

I use youtube-dl to continuously download a list of channels which is fed by a pastebin-file.

Even when i use sleep-interval for every download and let the script sleep for 600 seconds after every run, i still get ip-blocked (HTTP Error 429) by youtube after a few hours.
