Hi,

There is a video clip that is over 3 and a half hours long and I only want about 15 seconds of it. https://youtu.be/OH4URa7kCR8

I've looked for all sorts of keywords in the usage and FAQs like "time", "portion", "part" etc. and I cannot find anything.

I've checked I'm on the latest version:
f:\pc\UTILS\youtube-dl.exe -U youtube-dl is up-to-date (2020.01.01)

Please could someone let me know if this is possible and if not, would I be able to raise a feature request?
