I try to download new uploads, but youtube-dl does not find the newly uploaded videos on a users' playlist.

The new file is 5 minutes old and the 2nd last is uploaded an hour ago.

I tried adding "rm-cache-dir" but it does not work. It actually reverted back a little bit and now youtube-dl is not finding the 2nd last upload too, which tries to download yesterdays video.

Should I add a different option or is this natural?

My versions:

Don't touch --playlist-end.
