Coub parser doesn't download audio

YTDL will successfully download Coub videos, but there is no audio; the downloaded video should have both. There is audio present when viewing these videos in the browser, and also using the Coub "download" button, allows you to download a video file which contains audio. While this allows a temporary workaround, it is unfeasible for large batch downloads. I have searched the open tickets, and don't see any referencing this problem. I am currently running release 2020.01.24 which appears to be the latest based upon the Releases page as of 2020.01.26@3:07pm EST as well as the "-U" console option.

Here is my console output for an example video, but I have tried this with several videos with the same results.

What is this a duplicate of? The only similar ticket I found was this one which was talking about the videos being totally unplayable.

This ticket is for missing audio, but correct video.
