Description

Downloading this specific livestream with PowerShell works fine, FFmpeg reports 60-63 FPS and the video is intact. However, when downloading the same stream using cmd on Windows 7, FFmpeg reports the incoming video is 48 FPS when it should be 60.000 FPS. During playback it's obvious some parts of video are missing, it freezes for a second or two every few seconds. I was unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, with cmd or PowerShell, so I'd assume this only affects Windows 7 + cmd.

I was unable to reproduce this issue with other streams on chaturbate.com, I would assume it's because this one is the only one running at 60 FPS.

What do I report to them, exactly? How to get a valid test sample for them to reproduce?
