unable to download youtube Video/Audio. 429 ISSUE

I am Expriencing the following Issue since more than 72 Hours. I get exactly the same Errors wether I try to download over the Sinusbot Interface, or my Terminal.

THIS is the OUTPUT of: youtube-dl -v https://www.youtube.com/[EXAMPLE]

When you close my problem and label it as duplicate, it would be really kind of you to leave a link / or ID to the Post, that i may have duplicated in your opinion.

Because Now, I'm still with my problem without progess
