Description

spiegel.tv no longer exists and was apparently merged with spiegel.de. The spiegel.tv domain redirects to https://www.spiegel.de/thema/spiegel-tv/?redirectedsptv. Therefore, i suggest:

1. Remove spiegeltv.py extractor
2. Add support for these new style pages to spiegel.py extractor
