I get the following error when running the following command

youtube-dl -civwf 18/43/5 -R 100 -o "~/Downloads/youtube/%(playlist)s/%(playlist_index)s-%(title)s.%(ext)s" -a "/home/user/indexed.txt" -r 100k

This issue was fixed in youtube-dl 2014.02.21. You should update with youtube-dl -U or using your package manager.
