403 when downloading subs from Food Network

Description

The video on this site downloads fine but I get a 403 on the subtitles. The subtitles play fine in the browser. Running latest version (2020.03.24). Tried just the subtitle and no video as well. Didn't see similar issues for this site.

Apologies, I couldn't find an open issue before posting. Could you direct me to the issue this is a duplicate of so I can keep an eye on it?
