Impossible to download video anymore, maybe because of the User config?

Description

I think I have done something wrong with the configuration, I cannot have video anymore, actually I don't really know where the problem comes from. At the beginning, it was working well, but then I tried to configure a default download path but after that I cannot download video as before. I tried to reset all the configuration by pip uninstall then pip install but same problem. Really don't know how to remove the user configuration part: [debug] User config: ['-o', '~/Downloads/%(title)s-%(id)s.%(ext)s'], and to fix the problem.
